CAREER PATH

Henrique G. Cappello is a motorsport engineer who has spent over 17 years working at the highest levels of international racing. His career spans Formula 1, Formula E, Endurance, and various GT and single-seater categories.

Specializing in CFD, CAN Bus systems, and motorsport engineering, Henrique has worked with teams across Europe, the Americas and Asia. His hands-on experience ranges from designing wiring harnesses for prototype race cars to implementing full Electronic System solutions for F1 teams.

In 2020, Henrique founded Motorsport Nation with a clear mission: to make high-level motorsport engineering knowledge accessible to engineers worldwide, regardless of geography or budget.

Through online courses, technical publications and consulting services, he helps individuals and teams reach their full potential.

His book, "CAN Bus for Automotive Engineering and Motorsport Applications", has become a reference in the field, used by engineers, students and teams around the world. The book distills years of practical experience into a comprehensive, accessible guide.
